- Monitoring and maintaining ADC backend systems for high availability and performance.
- Coordinating issue resolution and data backups.
- Generating reports and supporting internal audits.
- Collaborating with IT teams and other business units to improve system efficiency.
- Providing training and support for ADC system users.
