Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting system implementations and data integrations across teams.
- Troubleshooting application issues and respond to user queries.
- Assisting in data analysis, report building and ensuring data quality.
- Leading testing, training and user support for applications and updates.
- Improving digital tools for field operations and enhancing user experience.
- Enforcing IT/data management policies and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related
- At least 3 years of working experience in mobile applications, M&E systems or ERP tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and digital implementation tools.
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English language
