Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies and frameworks
Monitoring compliance and support both internal and external audits.
Conducting risk assessments and identifying control gaps across business units.
Working closely with IT, Risk, Legal and other departments
Tracking cybersecurity metrics and providing reports to senior leadership.
Leading staff awareness and training programs on cybersecurity best practices.
Staying informed on emerging threats and recommend updates to policies and controls.
Contributing to incident response efforts and post incident improvements.
