Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing portfolio of SME clients and ensure full compliance with lending conditions.
- Growing client base through new business and cross selling.
- Providing financial advice and credit insights to clients.
- Monitoring client performance and portfolio risk.
- Supporting business reviews with accurate reporting and insights.
- Working with internal teams to resolve issues and drive service excellence.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Banking, Finance or related
- Three years experience in Business banking or related
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and grow portfolios.
- Knowledge of business banking products and services.
