Impala Terminals is currently hiring for Operations Manager to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing cross border freight and truck allocation for timely deliveries.
- Overseeing warehouse activities including stock control and dispatch.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE and ISO standards through audits and team training.
- Coordinating with HR on recruitment, staff performance and team development.
- Implementing strong security protocols and respond to incidents promptly.
- Collaborating with vendors, transporters and uch as TPA, DPW and TR

Qualifications
- Degree in logistics, supply chain or related.
- 5+ years of working experience in freight forwarding, warehousing or export logistics
- Solid knowledge of FOB operations and port exports.
- Proficiency in HSE and ISO compliance.
- Good communication skills
