Minjingu Mines and Fertiliser Ltd (MMFL) is a leading company in Tanzania mining and fertilizer industry which is currently its hiring talented professionals to join the Logistics Department.

Position: Logistics Officer

Location: Manyara, Tanzania

Job Type: Full-time

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be required to plan and oversee truck trips according to the logistics schedule.
• You will need to monitor vehicle movements in real time and report any deviations to the Fleet Manager.
• As sellected  candidate at Minjingu Mines and Fertiliser Ltd you will coordinate  the finished Goods and raw material  in the stores.
• Optimizing logistics operations so that to increase revenue through return loads.
• Preparing and maintaining of daily delivery reports and exception logs.
• Keeping accurate trip records and ensuring the proper documentation.
• Providing immediate support in forms  of transit issues or emergencies.
• Assisting in recruiting drivers and other officers

Qualifications:

• Candidate with minimum of two years of working experience in logistics or fleet management.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of logistics software and fleet tracking tools.
