Job Overview

Chuo cha Taifa cha Usafirishaji (NIT) is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor II in Flight Operations to join its academic team. The selected candidate will assist in training Flight Operations Trainees, conducting tutorials, and facilitating practical exercises.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Flight Operations Trainees, ensuring they gain essential knowledge and skills.
• Conduct tutorials and practical exercises under supervision.
• Prepare instructional materials for hands-on training.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
  • Aviation Management
  • Air Transport Management
  • Airport Management
  • Airline Management
  • Aviation Safety Management
  • Logistics and Transport Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Transport Management
  • Meteorology
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.5 from a recognized institution.
• Added Advantage: Possession of a Flight Operations Officer Course Certificate along with a valid Flight Operations Officer License recognized by the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA).
