DHL is the part of logistics company working in over 22 countries and is a global leader in logistics and e commerce. The company is currently hiring for Technical Specialist- infrastructure to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting the Country ISM Lead in achieving IT goals within budget and timelines.
Supporting infrastructure setup and service delivery for existing and new clients.
Ensuring IT services meet SLAs quality and cost.
Implementing information security and risk management standards.
Maintaining accurate IT documentation and asset tracking.
Collaborating with vendors and internal teams for service improvement.
Contributing to the project execution and technical implementation.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain or related
Prior experience in IT infrastructure and service management.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain systems such as WMS and TMS
Analytical thinker with excellent customer service focus.
Fluent in English and Swahili languages both spoken and written.
