Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences to tailor sales strategies.
  • Qualify leads based on their potential for conversion and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and calls between prospects and sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to final deal closure.
  • Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, providing regular updates to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, presentations, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collect and relay valuable customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a sales team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
