Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the packaging team in delivering on-time quality production.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations ad Diageo standards
- Driving continuous improvements to reduce losses and boosting efficiency.
- Supporting team growth by coaching, training and performance reviews.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science. Master Brewer/IBD certificate is a plus.
- Five years of working experience in packaging or food and beverage industry
- Understanding of quality, maintenance and safety systems.
- Proficiency in data management and operational analysis.
