Duties and Responsibilities

• Veting claims for accuracy and compliance with insurance policies.
• Submitting claims via NHIF and private insurer portals.
• Tracking, resolving rejected or delayed claims.
• Reviewing clinical documents for medical
• Maintaining organized records of all claim activities.
• Providing internal training on claims and best practices.
• Monitoring regulatory updates affecting health insurance and claims processes.

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine
• 2 to 5 years of working experience in medical claims or insurance processing.
• Registered with the Medical Council of Tanganyika.
• Strong knowledge of NHIF processes and private insurer systems.
• Familiar with medical billing software and e-claim platforms.
