1. Sales and Reservation Officer
Location: Iringa
Reports To: Station Supervisor
Job Overview
As a Sales and Reservation Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel and tour packages, managing client bookings, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and support marketing campaigns.
Reservations Management:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide tailored travel solutions.
- Handle bookings for accommodations, transportation, and related services.
- Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Customer Service:
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Offer travel advice, including itinerary planning, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Follow up with clients post-trip to gather feedback and enhance customer loyalty.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and sales activities.
- Prepare sales and reservation reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience in sales, reservations, or customer service (preferably in the travel industry).
- Familiarity with booking systems and reservation tools.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
Other Skills:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Work Environment & Benefits

2. Load Controller
Department: Logistics

Job Overview
As a Load Controller, you will be responsible for efficiently handling cargo, baggage, and supplies to ensure smooth operations. This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload baggage, cargo, and supplies safely.
- Ensure proper handling to prevent damage or loss.
- Follow weight distribution guidelines for safe transportation.
- Operate loading equipment such as conveyor belts and trolleys.
- Report any damaged baggage or cargo to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness in loading and storage areas.

Qualifications & Skills

3. Check-In Agent

Job Overview
As a Check-In Agent, you will be the first point of contact for passengers at the airport, ensuring a smooth check-in process while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and assist them with the check-in process.
- Verify travel documents (passports, visas, and tickets).
- Issue boarding passes and baggage tags.
- Inform passengers of flight details, gate changes, and delays.
- Assist with seat selection, special requests, and upgrades.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with security, customs, and airline staff.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and safety regulations.
- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:

Experience & Skills:
