Ecobank Tanzania is currently hiring for Direct Sales Agents to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Promoting Ecobank products including account openings.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding their inquiries
- Maintaining accurate sales records
- Training and guiding customers about prepaid card usage.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in business or related
- One year of working experience in sales and banking sector
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of Banking products
