The Vice President’s Office (VPO) of Tanzania under the partnership with organizations such as  UNEP, UNHCR, NEMC and TFS including Kigoma Regional Secretariat they are introducing new project aiming to Build Climate Resilience in Kigoma region of Tanzania.

This project will take place from 2025 to 2028 in Kasuli, Kibondo and Kakonko districts

The Vice President’s Office (VPO) is currently hiring looking for various candidates in different departments as mentioned below

1. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E Offer)
   • Location: Kigoma
   • Qualifications
     • Bachelor’s/Master’s in M&E, Environmental Science or related
2. Safeguards and Gender Officer
   • Location: Kigoma
   • Qualifications
     • Degree in Gender Studies, environmental science or social science
3. Climate-Smart Agriculture and Livelihood Expert
   • Location: Kigoma
   • Qualifications
     •  Master’s in Agriculture, Forestry or Environment
4. Social and Environmental Safeguards Expert (Consultant)
   • Location: Kigoma
   • Qualifications
     • Master’s in Environmental or Social Sciences
