Position: Courier Assistant (1 Post)

Role Overview

The Courier Assistant will play a key role in supporting the execution of MCL courier strategy across all its products. In this position you will responsible for assisting in logistics operations so to enhance efficiency, optimize revenue and maintaining high service standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• As sellected candidate you will be required to assist in courier operations so that to drive revenue growth and support business objectives.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure timely and effective service delivery so that to enhance customer satisfaction.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to contribute to the execution of courier strategies so that to improve efficiency and operational performance.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to monitor and track monthly and quarterly performance against set targets.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to provide accurate forecasts for annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to identify operational challenges and recommend solutions so that to improve performance.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to support the management and development of the courier team so that to maintain high performance and motivation.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to maintain accurate records and reports related to courier operations.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Managementor  related.
• Experience: At least two years of working experience in courier services, logistics or sales operations.
