Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and growing client relationships through regular contact and support.
- Monitoring client behavior to reduce dormancy and improve retention.
- Resolving escalated client issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement
- Supporting service recovery and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related
- Three years of working experience in Banking sector while one year in client support
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of trade finance, wholesale banking and international banking
