Bagamoyo Sugar Limited is currently hiring for Assistant Transport Officer to join their working environment in Pwani, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company policies
- Monitoring vehicle movements and ensuring timely deliveries
- Identifying and reporting vehicle faults
- Coordinating with departments for smooth fleet operations
- Supporting servicing and pre start checks of vehicles
- Tracking drivers’ working hours and overtime across departments
- Collaborating with drivers and logistics staff to improve efficiency
- Carrying out additional transport related duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
- Diploma in Transport & Logistics, Automobile Engineering or related
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
