Job Overview
Dangote is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will manage a team of Sales Officers, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and ensure consistent revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze key performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of five years of sales experience, with at least two to three years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
