Job Overview

As sellected Branch Manager you will be responsible for driving branch performance, expanding the customer base, ensuring compliance and leading a high-performing team in Dar esSalaam and Mwanza and you will be required to optimize profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Business Growth: As sellected  candidate at Amana Bank you will be required to expand the customer base, increase deposits and driving financial growth
• Liquidity Management: As sellected  candidate you will be required to maintain the branch liquidity position through advanced planning at minimal cost.
• Cost Control: As sellected  candidate you will be required to monitor and manage branch expenses efficiently.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to ensure all employees adhere to banking regulations.
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to implement and enforce the banks policies and procedures.
  • As sellected  candidate you at amana Bank you will be required to maintain low risk and high audit rating for the branch.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  • As sellected  candidate you will be required to coach and mentor team members so that to maximize opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • As sellected  candidate at Amana Bank you will be required to motivate staff so that to achieve branch goals and enhance productivity.
  • As sellected  candidate at Amana Bank you will be required to serve as the Chairperson of the Branch.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or  related
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of working experience in banking.
