Amani Centre for Street Children is currently hiring looking for Human resources Associate to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing all HR functions and Supervising the HR/Admin team.
Collaborating with leadership on strategic planning and institutional growth.
Overseeing department budgets and contributing to donor reporting.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Building relationships with partners and supporting donor initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related, postgraduate is preferred
At least 5 years of working experience in a senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in English and Swahili languages both spoken and written.
Good communication skills
Good in all Microsoft packages and HR system
