Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the bank’s customer service strategy.
- Monitoring service standards using tools like customer surveys and mystery shopping.
- Addressing customer complaints and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Leading and supporting customer service and call center teams.
- Coordinating service improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Serving as Secretary to the Customer Service Committee.
- Evaluating service processes to align with customer needs.
- Staying informed on trends in customer experience and apply best practices.
- Ensuring accurate and timely regulatory reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related
