Twiga Cement is subsidiary of Heidelberg Cement that was established in 1966 as Cement manufacturer in the country with its shares being transpoted to Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) and working to produce high quality cement which are approved by TBS. The factory has identified itself with first choice to become among of the good Cement producer in the country. The mother company holds over 60% while the Government holds 40% of the company shares.
