- Proven ability to activate and onboard new clients
- Strong customer handling skills with focus on complaint resolution and customer satisfaction
- Experience working closely with sales teams in managing pre orders and clients requests

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle various tasks, adapt to new situations
