Sales & Project Coordinator (Software Solutions) job at Realtech

 

Position Overview:

Realtech, a growing software development company, is looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator to support client projects and sales efforts. This entry-level role involves coordinating between clients and technical teams, preparing sales materials, tracking project progress, and helping maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts and building lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications.
  • Support project scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scopes and communicate them accurately to clients.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and highlight any delays or risks.
  • Maintain CRM and project management systems with current data.
  • Help identify new sales opportunities and manage leads.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities and project updates.
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in sales and project management.
