Position Overview:
Realtech, a growing software development company, is looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator to support client projects and sales efforts. This entry-level role involves coordinating between clients and technical teams, preparing sales materials, tracking project progress, and helping maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts and building lasting relationships.
- Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications.
- Support project scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scopes and communicate them accurately to clients.
- Monitor ongoing projects and highlight any delays or risks.
- Maintain CRM and project management systems with current data.
- Help identify new sales opportunities and manage leads.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities and project updates.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and project management.
