The company owns insurance agency, KCB foundation, KCB capital, National Bank of Kenya including all associate companies. The company was created to increase the group capacity to get avilable capacity to access unrestricted capital and enabling investment in the new ventures outside Banking regulations so that to achieve operational and strategic autonomy for group operations entities. KCB also works to achieve operational and strategic autonomy for group operations entities to enhance governance via groups and focusing on management of subsidiaries.
