About the Role

Bolt is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Workplace Experience Manager to oversee office operations and create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. As the first point of contact for our team and partners, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Management & Administration

✔ Oversee the daily operations of Bolt’s offices in Tanzania, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
✔ Manage office-related administrative tasks, including handling packages, mail, invoices, and receipts.
✔ Communicate with landlords, cleaners, internet providers, and security services to maintain a well-functioning workspace.
✔ Order and maintain office supplies and refreshments to keep the team well-equipped.

2. Employee & Guest Experience

✔ Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they are directed to the right team members.
✔ Support new employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless transition.
✔ Assist with organizing company events, celebrations, and team-building activities to foster a strong workplace culture.

3. Collaboration & Support

✔ Work closely with the Regional Workplace Experience Manager, Real Estate team, and other local teams to enhance office efficiency.
✔ Help implement workplace policies that align with Bolt’s mission and values.
✔ Stay proactive in solving workspace challenges and continuously look for ways to improve employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Experience & Skills:
Experience in facilities management, office administration, event coordination, or a similar role—preferably in a fast-growing company.
People-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written)—additional languages are a plus.
Tech-savvy, comfortable using MacBooks, Google Docs, Gmail, Slack, and video conferencing tools.
✔ Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
