Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent decision-making skills.
- Expertise in performance management, employee training, and development.
