Job Overview: Warehouse Officer

As sellected candidate at Warehouse Officer you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations including storage, inventory control and dispatching motorbikes. You will also be required ensure that you comply with WATU policies and procedures while maintaining a secure and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations ans Security:
  • As sellected candidate at Watu Credit you will be required to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to maintain proper inventory management, equipment utilization and gate processes.
  • As sellected candidate at Watu Credit you will be required to ensure security measures locked doors, security grills and operational lights.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to implement warehouse procedures as directed by the Operations Control Manager.
• Inventory and Dispatch Management:
  • As sellected candidate at Watu Credit you will be required to oversee daily warehouse operations by ensuring seamless inventory movement and tracking.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to supervise product dispatch by ensuring timely delivery.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to maintain high standards of professionalism especially in challenging situations.
• Safety ans Compliance:
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to monitor and report any warehouse incidents
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure First Aid kits are stocked and fire extinguishers are functional.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure and enforce the use of personal protective equipment.
• Team Leadership and Coordination:
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to plan and lead the warehouse team by setting daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure your work comply with health, safety and business regulations.
• Fraud Prevention ans Risk Management:
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to implement fraud prevention strategies.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure harmonious working environment within the warehouse.
• Additional Duties:
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to perform other duties as can be assigned by Supervisor
