SINOTASHIP Tanzania is a leading shipping company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The company is currently hiring for passionate candidate to join their working team in Dar es Salaam.
POSITION: Warehouse and Truck Transport Specialist
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be coordinating cargo loading and optimizing shipping routes including communicating with port agents to so that to ensure safe and efficient voyages.
- You will oversee removals and storage activities so that to ensuring proper handling and inventory management.
- Monitoring deliveries on-site by ensuring accurate receipt and data entry in the Pronto software system.
- You will be required to verify and process logistics related invoices for the approval.
- You will Supervise shipment documentation by ensuring they comply with customs clearance procedures.
- You will oversee customs clearance operations in Tanzania by ensuring they adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- As sellected candidate you will manage logistics operations in accordance to industry standards and shipping regulations.
- You will assist in the Supply Chain Management and handlings .
- You will ensure customs procedures by following efficiency so that to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate with Diploma or Degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience as a Customs Freight Agent (CFA).
- Candidate with strong knowledge of sales and market activities particularly in container shipping.
- Candidate with proven track record in sales performance.
- Candidate with excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Candidate who is good in English language
