Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing insurance policies accurately on time
- Coordinating premium bookings, reconciliations and ensure accurate charges.
- Sending timely renewal notices to branches and clients.
- Following insurers for commissions and profit-sharing
- Resolving client issues efficiently and maintaining service turnaround standards.
- Negotiating quotes with insurers and share the best options with customers.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Banking, Finance or related
- Two years of working experience in Insurance sector
- Candidate with ACII certificate is added advantage
- Solid knowledge of insurance products
- Good communication skills
