Job Opportunity: Truck Driver (Full-Time, Dar es Salaam)
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all relevant transport and customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks for the transportation of goods across Tanzania and neighboring countries.
- Ensure full compliance with TRA, ZRA, DGI, and all traffic regulations.
- Load and unload cargo while ensuring proper handling and safety measures.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to schedules and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle conditions.

Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class E license with a minimum of 3 years of truck driving experience.
- Proven experience in loading and unloading cargo safely and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and border procedures.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to following safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Familiarity with Tanzania’s road networks and cross-border routes to Zambia and the DRC.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
