As sellected candidate you will be required in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our logistics operations by monitoring the real time location of trucks using GPS technology.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy which is used in navigating, tracking and system management.
- Excellent administrative abilities
- Problem solving skills
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in relevant field, or vocational experience in Transport/Logistics.
- Fluent in both English and Kiswahili.
Role Overview:
- Work as part of a tracking call center team.
- Monitor and document truck locations and statuses.
- Communicate any transit disruptions to the operations team.
