Key Duties and Responsibilities
Business Performance and Growth
- As sellected candidate you will be required to oversee the management for the assigned warehouse and market.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to monitor business unit performance by ensuring all key performance indicators.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to identify and address performance challenges while implementing improvement strategies.
Revenue Generation and Market Expansion
- As sellected candidate you will be required to collaborate with the commercial and purchasing teams so that to drive revenue growth.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to provide insights on product pricing so that to maintain competitive margins.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies so that to increase on product penetration.
Strategic Execution and Market Positioning
- As sellected candidate you will be required to communicate and execute the company business strategy at the market level.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure the team understands strategic goals that aligns with company objectives.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to support pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis and customer feedback.
Operational Efficiency and Inventory Control
- As sellected candidate you will be required to coordinate business activities within the head office.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to continuously review and improve Standard Operating Procedures
- As sellected candidate you will be required to work closely with the Warehouse and Loss Control Supervisors.
Compliance and Risk Management
- As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure adherence to the company across operations.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to guarantee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- As sellected candidate at Kyosk you will be required to conduct routine operational audits.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight
- As sellected candidate you will be required to develop, present and oversee the business unit
- As sellected candidate at Kyosk you will be required to monitor budget utilization and ensuring cost control.
Market Intelligence and Business Insights
- As sellected candidate at Kyosk you will be required to conduct regular market research so that to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Key Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or related.
- At least six years of working experience in operations management in retail or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in handling end-to-end operations such as arehousing, logistics, sales and business performance management.
- Strong understanding of the business environment
- Ability to lead a team
