Job Summary

At Six Rivers Africa (SRA) we are Hiring For Temporary Driver to join our working team in Kilombero, Morogoro, Tanzania. As Sellected candidate on a position of temporary Driver you will be required to provide safe, timely and efficient transportation services for employees, goods and documents.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Transportation Services

• As sellected candidate you will be required to transport staff, volunteers and equipment to the project sites, meetings and other instructed areas.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to provide transportation services during emergencies or urgent situations

2. Vehicle Maintenance and Safety

• As sellected candidate you will be required to keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to report any mechanical issues that may requires maintenance.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to adhere to all traffic laws and driving policies so that to ensure passenger and cargo safety.

3. Logistics and Administrative Support

• As sellected candidate you will be required to assist with loading and unloading materials or equipment when necessary.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to maintain accurate records of trips.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to communicate effectively with the project team about schedules, routes and any changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Good in time management
• Good communication skills both English and Kiswahili Language
• Ability to handle minor vehicle issues or breakdowns.
• Familiarity with Ifakara and surrounding areas.
