About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Presales Associate to support our Technical and Sales teams by providing consultancy, solution design, and business development for the Integrated Technology Business Unit. This role is crucial in designing and documenting integrated security and engineering solutions, preparing financial and commercial proposals, and ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical and financial proposals for integrated security solutions.
• Design, document, and assist in security and engineering projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Support procurement and tendering by providing technical input and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Conduct security risk assessments and audits, generating reports and strategy documents.
• Prepare technical documentation, including network topology designs, engineering calculations, and security operation reports (CCTV, access control, fire detection, and suppression systems).
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and drive sales.
• Represent the company in client consultations, government meetings, and industry associations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and customer security requirements.
• Conduct security surveys and risk assessments, presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging security technologies, advising on best practices and new product adoption.
• Lead and oversee service delivery in line with SLAs, quality standards, and maintenance contracts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics, ICT, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in design technology, security, risk management, or engineering are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in technical presales, with at least 3 years in infrastructure/facilities security management.
• Proven experience in implementing large-scale technology security solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Commercial Buildings, Healthcare, Mining, and Financial Services.
• Strong technical knowledge of security and fire systems, including CCTV, IT networking, access control, video management systems, security command centers, IVMS tracking, and alarms.
