Job Overview

HESLB is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Systems Auditor II to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with information systems security policies, internal controls, and auditing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Audit Management & Compliance:

Track and manage the implementation of Internal and External Audit findings related to HESLB’s Information Systems.
Audit compliance with HESLB ICT policies, government-issued guidelines, and security frameworks.

✔ Information Systems Auditing:

Oversee and coordinate Information Systems Auditing activities within the department.
Develop practical audit programs and schedules to ensure effective coverage of ICT systems.

✔ Security & Risk Evaluation:

Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of system controls.
Identify non-compliance issues related to information security policies, disaster recovery plans, and propose corrective actions.

✔ Audit Reports & Monitoring:

Prepare audit trail reports for user access rights, responsibilities, and activities performed by Super Users.
Track system activities and generate comprehensive reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

✔ Other Duties:

Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

📌 Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a related field from a recognized institution.

📌 Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Knowledge of audit principles, information security frameworks, and risk management.
✔ Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
✔ Familiarity with government ICT policies and regulatory requirements.
