ERP and Systems Integration Specialist at Afroil investment Limited 

At Afroil Investment Limited we are currently hiring for ERP and Systems Integration Specialist to join our working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.  As sellected candidate at Afroil Investment Limited you will be required to manage and optimize our SAP Business and ERP system including ensuring smooth system integration by providing technical support to users and enhancing business efficiency through automation and customization.

POSITION: ERP and Systems Integration Specialist

Job Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Job Type: Full-time

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. ERP Management and Administration

• As sellected candidate you will be required to Install, configure and maintain SAP Business and its modules.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to administer the SAP HANA database by ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
• As sellected candidate you at Afroil you will be required to manage user access, licensing and security protocols.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to oversee system updates, patches and ensuring good collaboration with vendors.
• As sellected candidate at Afroil Investment Limited you will be required to develop and implement policies so that to enhance ERP performance and reliability.

2. User Support and Training

• As sellected candidate you will be required to provide technical support for SAP Business users.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to conduct training sessions by ensuring employees maximize system capabilities.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to assist teams in optimizing business processes through ERP functionalities.
• As sellected candidate at Afroil you will be required to maintain user manuals and documentation for streamlined workflow.

3. Customization and Report Development

• As sellected candidate you will be required to design and develop custom reports by using Crystal Reports and SQL queries.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to create dashboards and reports so that to improve on decision making.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to modify and optimize SAP Business workflows.

4. Systems Integration and Automation

• As sellected candidate you will be required to integrate SAP Business with Terminal Manager, PetroNite, AfroApps and NEXX.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to collaborate with software vendors so that to ensure seamless data exchange.

5. Data Management and Compliance

• As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure data accuracy, consistency and security.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to perform regular data backups.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure your work comply with company policies

6. Project Management and Continuous Improvement

• As sellected candidate you will be required to lead ERP related projects including new module implementations.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to identify and implement best practices so that to enhance system performance.
• As sellected candidate you will be required to work with various business units so that to assess and improve on ERP functionalities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidate with Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or Business Information Systems.
• Candidate with 3 to 5 years of working experience in SAP Management 
• Candidate with proficiency in SQL scripting, database management and Crystal Reports.
• Candidate with experience in integrated ERP systems.
• Candidate with understanding of financial processes including procurement, inventory and sales.
• Candidate with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Candidate with excellent communication and training abilities.
