Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and overseeing project contracts including managing third-party agreements
- Owning the project business case and ensuring financial integrity that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Conducting rigorous analysis of project options in ensuring all alternatives are well understood before implementation.
- Appointing, leading and motivating internal and external project teams
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project schedule using the stage-gate process
- Ensuring adherence to corporate governance policies and implement necessary management controls

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in project management.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of industry-standard contract forms.
- APMP Certification in Project Management or equivalent.
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Construction Safety or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of capital process and system management.
- Proven track record in delivering successful projects.
