• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a college certificate or ordinary diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong sales knowledge with a proven track record in retail or service-oriented roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Familiarity with stock management and inventory control.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• High level of discipline, integrity, and trustworthiness.
• A clean criminal record is required.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
