As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Shop Sales Driver to join our team in Zanzibar. This role requires a motivated and responsible individual with strong sales skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Role Overview – Shop Sales Driver

As a Shop Sales Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products, managing stock, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve handling daily sales operations, interacting with customers, and maintaining the integrity of inventory and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Sales & Customer Service:

• Promote and sell Taifa Gas products while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

✔ Product Delivery & Stock Management:

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining proper documentation.
• Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently to avoid shortages.
• Keep records of sales and deliveries, ensuring accuracy.

✔ Driving & Safety Compliance:

• Operate a motorcycle safely and responsibly while delivering orders.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in good working condition.

✔ Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit daily sales and delivery reports.
• Use MS Office applications (Excel, Word) to maintain records.
• Assist with any other tasks as required by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

🎓 Education & Experience:
✔ College certificate or ordinary diploma in a related field.
✔ 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
✔ 1-2 years of experience riding a motorcycle, with a valid driving license.

💡 Key Skills & Attributes:
✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
✔ Knowledge of customer service best practices.
✔ Experience with stock and inventory management.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

✔ Clean criminal record.
✔ Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
