Wasoko Tanzania is currently hiring for Shift Supervisor to join their working team in Mwanza, Tanzania. In this position your duties will be to plan and coordinate fulfilment center and ladt mile team task in a given shift in which you will ensure business has real time visibility of the performance metrics. You will also be required to keep operational cost below control through ensuring optimal routes in delivering of full time and increasing labour productivity. As Sellected candidate you will be required to keep required cost under control while identifying gaps or opportunities that will lead to best practices so that to increase on efficiency and accuracy
