Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting, logging, and distributing SHERQ-related information and communications.
- Maintaining and updating SHERQ policies and procedures
- Keeping employee records including ID details and medical assessments records
- Ensuring subcontractors and preferred suppliers meet SHERQ requirements.
- Managing office and site-based SHERQ documentation and controlled files.
- Preparing and submiting required reports and statistics including safety records.
- Ensuring all SHERQ data is accurately captured and documented.
- Conducting ealth and safety inductions for employees.
- Providing materials for Toolbox Talks and attending sessions to promote safety awareness.
- Assisting in incident investigations and taking photographs
- Maintaining ncident and claim records to ensuring timely updates.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in SHERQ management, preferably in the freight or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of NOSA CMB253N.
- Candidate with experience with ISO 9001:2015 is added advantage.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in team.
