Dangote Group is currently looking for the senior Transport manager to join their working environment in Mtwara, Tanzania. This position involves overseeing logistics operations and ensure seamless delivery of goods from the factory to users
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading transport operations and fleet management
- Overseeing project and acting as bridge between management and team
- Ensuring smooth movement of goods through supply chain
- Establishing high quality transport services and fostering customer relationships
- Supervising truck scheduling and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Conducting regular vehicle inspections and safety audits

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Transport and logistics
- Twenty years of experience while Ten years in Transport leadership
- Professional certificate in procurement/logistics is added advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
