Duties and Responsibilities
Providing technical support for staff
Troubleshooting complex IT issues and escalate when necessary.
Setting and maintaining hardware, software and conferencing tools.
Supporting local network infrastructure and security systems.
Delivering staff training and promoting adoption of WBG tech tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and remote support tools.
Knowledge of ITIL practices, Azure DevOps, Power BI and PowerApps.
Good communication skills
