KVTC is currently hiring for Security Officer to join their working environment in Kilombero, Morogoro. As selected candidate you will be required to safeguard KVTC plantations
Duties and Responsibilities
Patrolling and monitoring plantations and facilities to prevent theft
Leading daily deployments and supervising Village Guards
Investigating incidents and compiling reports.
Representing the company in court if required
Working with local leaders and authorities to strengthen security measures
Qualifications
Diploma in Security Management, law enforcement or related
Three years of working experience specifically in plantations
Familiarity with Tanzanian law and law enforcement protocols
Experience working with police
Able to write clear
Computer skills
