Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading daily salon operations and motivating the team
- Attracting new customers and boost business growth
- Handling salon finances, payments and budgeting
- Ensuring good customer service and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing a salon
- Basicac counting and budget management skills
- Strong customer service and sales abilities
- Familiarity with nail or beauty salon is added advantage
