Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the local market.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company products effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Analyze sales performance data to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the sales team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads to maximize conversion.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in regional market development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and business culture.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
