Your Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement sales action plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key clients.

Client Management & Negotiation

  • Ensure comprehensive client servicing, covering all account levels.
  • Negotiate rates and packages for transient and group bookings.
  • Promote Johari Rotana within relevant markets to generate sales leads.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of key accounts and assist in account management.

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with internal departments to align sales strategies with hotel objectives.
  • Support the team by sharing insights and maximizing up-selling opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Minimum two years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
✔ Ability to develop and execute sales strategies while exceeding targets.
