Position: Sales Executive – Health Care

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and market analysis.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
✅ Schedule and manage appointments with existing and potential clients.
✅ Present and promote healthcare technology solutions to doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
✅ Achieve annual sales targets set by the company.
✅ Maintain accurate sales records to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
✅ Collect, analyze, and prepare data-driven sales reports for forecasting and strategic planning.
✅ Assist in market development initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.
✅ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Skills & Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Sciences).
Certification in Sales & Marketing (an added advantage).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or IT solutions.
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and handle stakeholder expectations.
✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
Business awareness and adaptability to changing healthcare systems and products.
