Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited A Legacy of Growth and Excellence

Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited was formerly known as Mihan Gas Company Limited which is a leading Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in Tanzania. The company was brought up in 2005 under registration number 52508 and initially operated under the name Mihan Gas. After two years of investment in the LPG sector, Taifa Gas started its operations in 2008.

New shareholders acquired the company in 2017 which led to the company to change its name and By 2019 the company name changed to Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited that could grow basing on their mission. Currently the company is working under Taifa Gas brand and Mihan Gas operates under both the Taifa Gas and Mihan Gas brands

National wide Presence

Taifa Gas has established a strong footprint across Tanzania with more than 20 fully operational depots in the following in different Regions of Tanzania which are divided in three Zones named below:

Northern and Lake Zone: This comprises of Mwanza, Moshi, Arusha, Bukoba, Geita and Musoma
Central and Western Zone: This includes Dodoma, Singida, Kigoma, Tabora, Kahama and Shinyanga
Southern and Eastern Zone: Which includes regions such as Mbeya, Morogoro, Iringa, Songea, Njombe, Manyara, Sumbawanga and Tanga

Currently, the company has introduced two new depots in Mwanga and Lindi which are nearly to be completed so that to expanding the Taifa Gas service accessibility across the country.

Key Duties and Qualifications:

Candidate with minimumof three years of working experience driving manual vehicles and must have a valid driving license
Candidaye with Certification in defensive driving from a recognized institution
Candidate with the ability of operating commercial trucks of a minimum of 3 tonnes safely
Candidate with prior experience in sales and customer service is added advantage
You have ability to work under high-pressure environments
Candidate with excellent customer service skills
